Additional Information

Clan 1 and Family 1 hold the characterized Synechococcus elongatus l‑asparaginase (A0A068N0Z8) (UniProt entry for an identical sequence of Synechocystis sp.) and the Paenibacillus barengoltzii l‑asparaginase (A0A0C5GVW3). The latter could have a native monomeric form, which is rare for l‑asparaginases.
